Cortices Technique:

Cortices is an excellent technique to do for yourself everyday.

It’s benefits include:

  • Coordinates the left/right hemispheres
  • Relaxing
  • Improves mental Clarity

The technique

Start with placing one hand at the base of the skull, where the skull and neck meet. With the other hand tap on the top of head, on the chest and on the navel.

Move the hand at the base of the skull to the next position, the next position can be found by bringing the thumb to the pinkie. Repeat the tapping technique.

Continue moving your hand until you get to the forehead, tapping after each position.

The last position is the side of the head, place hands on the side of the head just above the ears. Remove one hand to proceed tapping.
